Processing time All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United states) We offer the following shipping options for US orders:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
International Shipping: We ship to over 27 countries worldwide via USPS and DHL Express.
International orders typically arrive within 10-21 business days depending on your location and local customs processing times.
Customs, Duties & Taxes Oddly Cool Store is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your country upon delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
